The Best of Winters in London for the Desi Indian Globe-Trotter

Winters in London is all about steaming coffee roasts , hot cocktails, fashion exhibits and everything chic and  rocking to kickstart a wintry yet bright New Year and January 2019 is no different. So if you are visiting Europe and spending your  winters in London then we have the perfect checklist for you to make the most of your trip to the British capital.

Head to the business district of London with imposing buildings and a beautiful 1200 sqm rink in the open with huge LEDs and a great bar as well as a heated viewing terrace. The rink is open all seven days upto February 2019.  Time slots vary everyday and the prices vary as per the time slot. Early bird sessions are very early in the day and not so much fun. I would advise an evening of skating under the stars followed by drinks at the Grandstand Bar to enjoy this British Winter tradition.

# Steaming Caffeine

If you are anywhere around the corner from West Hampstead Station then head on to try a steaming cup of coffee is the Wired Co coffee shop.

Do not expect anything fancy- its a very small cafe with minimalistic seating but the coffee is worth the wait. If you like your coffee cold even in snowy winters then do try the triple- filtered cold brew. Try out some great cakes, pastries and doughnuts at the best bakeries in London.

# Dabbers Social Bingo

Well the social scene is pretty good if you are looking to mix in with a young crowd and play this modern revamped version of social bingo cards but instead of callers you got comedians, burlusque dancers and a lot more. They have a new theme every week, they are quirky, colourful and very millennial if you know what i mean. Check them out in action:

Enjoy the social scene in London while I keep you posted on more exiting pit stops and vacationer ideas in our upcoming blogs.
